What a Business Development Manager Does in Titansoft

• Responsible for identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships with our key strategic partners while also developing strategies to increase joint business value
• Acts as a liaison between Titansoft and its partners, and is responsible for building, maintaining and managing account relationships with current and prospective clients
• Responsible for driving business results for Titansoft in all its partnerships, specifically in terms of revenue and engagement
• Be a proactive, responsive, strategic resource in managing partner relationships internally and externally
• Knowledgeable in Titansoft's domain area to recommend key insights which drive prospective business opportunities
• Understand Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesian markets as well as communicate fluently with the local relevant stakeholders involved to establish and maintain relationships, developing Company's business in at least one of these markets


What we are looking for in a Business Development Manager

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or Polytechnic Certificate Qualities
• Extroverted and comfortable in engaging with respective stakeholders
• A 'Do what it takes' attitude
• Able to approach clients with a 'customer service' attitude

Experience


• Preferably 3 or more years in a business development/public relations role or environment for B2B/B2C market
• Comfortable with frequent travel
• Good eye for identifying opportunities with the ability to make quick assessments and validation with partners
• Understand quickly the potential value drivers to Titansoft's core business
• Meet revenue targets with strong financial acumen to articulate the returns of investment
• Proven ability to work under pressure and drive projects to completion
