What a HR Generalist (C&B focused) Does in Titansoft
- Conduct regular review, analysis, budgeting and improvement recommendations regarding compensation and benefits which align with the company business strategies and compensation philosophy
- Lead initiatives to design, develop and improve C&B programmes and policies regularly that comply with internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Provide the full spectrum support on C&B programmes including Group insurances, Travel insurances, oversee and monitor performance of C&B vendors etc
- Lead and perform C&B market surveys, benchmark the best practices, give recommendations on C&B structure that align to industry range and strengthen the company's market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent
- Keep abreast of local HR trends and developments and derive relevant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to the organization's
- C&B practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment
- Lead regular salary adjustments as well as C&B planning on a yearly basis.
- Ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements such as MoM by regular review of workforce policies.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required, knowledge in other HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development will be advantageous
What we are looking for in a HR Generalist (C&B Focused)
Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Social Science (Psychology) with preferably 4-5 years of relevant working experience
To be successful in this role...
You will be required to communicate well with internal and external parties. Strong written skills will be advantageous. Being meticulous and analytical will help you to discover new insights to solve problems. At times, things may get hectic, adrenaline will kick in and you will need to be able to adapt quickly. Our "weapon of choice"? Microsoft Office Applications! (As such, proficiency is a must)
Qualities
Don't be afraid to challenge the status quo. Be passionate about continuous learning (As this is one of our core values, if you don't enjoy continuously improving yourself, you might find it stressful in our environment). Not forgetting that being open to ideas/feedback and being adaptive would help you to fit into our culture a lot easier.
