【Job Responsabilities】

• A Scrum Master champions Agile values and helps cross-functional teams turn them into everyday habits through coaching, facilitation, and hands-on practice. They drive continuous improvement across ways of working, team structure, and delivery flow so the organization can deliver more value, more reliably. They create purposeful conversations—designing and facilitating key ceremonies and workshops to align people, surface risks early, and accelerate decision-making. They support teams across coding, design, and testing in complex, mixed-technology environments, helping remove friction and strengthen quality. They protect team focus by clearing impediments and shielding the team from unnecessary distractions, while enabling close collaboration across roles and functions. They also help Product Owners and stakeholders maintain a clear, transparent Product Backlog, guiding work from idea to implementation with strong ownership and measurable outcomes.

【Basic Qualification】

• ▪︎ Believe in Agile values and principles
• ▪︎ Understand the nature and challenges of software development
• ▪︎ Have basic technical practice like refactoring, test-driven development, continuous integration; ect.
• ▪︎ 3+ years of experience in software development
• ▪︎ 1+ year of experience in Agile product development
