We are honoured to be invited to the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce today to conduct a sharing on the impact of adopting the Agile framework in software development, and its spill over effects on other functions of the organization.
We started on our Agile journey back in 2014. Amongst the different areas affected was the HR function which was heavily disrupted, but ready for this much-needed refresh. Numerous HR policy and procedure changes led to the introduction of our non-conventional HR practices - including no minimum working hours, removal of performance reviews, growing self-managing teams and self-promotion practices!
