It takes courage to be unconventional and embrace change. Titansoft first started on our Agile journey back in 2014 with the adoption of an Agile framework in software development.

Today's meetup organised by Agile Singapore is a great platform for us to #givebacktothecommunity, with our HR Manager Jasmine Huang sharing about the numerous HR policy and procedure changes which were required to support our environment to be more Agile, including the introduction of, non-conventional HR practices such as no minimum working hours, removal of performance reviews, growing self-managing teams and self-promotion practices, amongst others.

We hope all participants found it useful to learn about our ideas of non-conventional Agile HR practices that positively impact employee retention, the creation and implementation of a safe and engaging work culture for Gen Y/Millennials and the lessons we learnt from this transformational journey – what worked and what did not.
