We have been alerted that the names of Titansoft Pte Ltd, our offices and/or employees have been used without permission in phone calls, email communications, messages or otherwise to solicit access to scam websites through placement of fake orders, and other similar means.
As Titansoft is a B2B business, we do not sell any products / services directly to consumers. Titansoft will not ask for any personal identification or payment information accordingly. Titansoft's official website is https://www.titansoft.com.sg
and emails from Titansoft only use the domain of "@titansoft.com". Please note that fraudulent messages and emails may seem alike, realistic and may be mistaken as genuine.
If you receive any communication purporting to be from Titansoft, please do not hesitate to call us for verification on our hotline when in doubt. You are advised to ignore all scam messages.
Those who have been affected by the scam are advised to lodge a police report immediately. We urge everyone to be cautious and stay vigilant!
