Titansoft awarded Singapore Quality Class certification again, the only IT company to be awarded with People Niche!
A people-first approach is the key to business excellence for software development company Titansoft
SINGAPORE - Dec 24, 2019 - Titansoft Pte Ltd has attained the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) with People certification awarded by Enterprise Singapore under the umbrella of the Business Excellence (BE) initiative, for its commendable management practices, commitment towards continuous improvement and sustainable business performance.
Titansoft first obtained SQC status in 2016 and has received renewal this year with a SQC with People certification. According to Enterprise Singapore, there are a total of 314 SQC-certified organisations as of September 2019, and Titansoft takes its place alongside the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, National Arts Council, and National Heritage Board as a recipient of the SQC with People certification. As the only IT company on the current list of 13 winners for People niche(as of 30 Nov 2019), it is the combination of a company-wide Build-Measure-Learn cycle learning model, together with forward thinking people practices which sets it apart in today's competitive landscape.

The SQC certification is an endorsement of a company's robust management capabilities and commitment towards delivering value to its stakeholders, covering seven dimensions of business excellence - Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, Customers and Results. Organisations on the BE journey are required to obtain the SQC certification as a foundation of overall standard, before deepening niche capabilities in Innovation, People or Service. The niche BE standard for People examines specific requirements highlighting employee practices and systems, and how the organisation cascades a people-centric philosophy to other areas including the management of customers, processes and knowledge.
